How can I unsubscribe from alerts?
As a free member, we send you about 1 to 2 email alerts per week with deal alerts to all over the world. If you ever want to unsubscribe and stop seeing these alerts permanently, you can always do so in the footer of any of our emails, like here:
These are at the bottom of every email and, once you hit the unsubscribe option, you'll be redirected to a page confirming your choice. This will also immediately remove you from any email lists you had signed up for. Please keep in mind that if you have signed up for multiple departure areas, we will still send you alerts for those departures until you unsubscribe from those as well. It can also take up to 24 hours for any currently sending emails to go out, so you may see a few more alerts in the next day that we had already sent you before unsubscribing.
If you continue to see emails more than 24 hours after hitting unsubscribe at the bottom of our emails, please give us a shout at email@example.com and we can check into this for you!
Are you a premium member? You can always change your departure preferences by logging into your premium Portal and changing your airport selection. Remember that hitting unsubscribe in an email or deleting the app does not stop your automatic billing, but we can help with that if you send us an email :)
