How can I delete my account?
At Jack's Flight Club, we are entirely GDPR compliant (and happy to provide the same benefits to our members outside the EU as well!). To request deletion of your account, please email us at Support@jacksflightclub.com from the email address you originally signed up to our services with. We may request confirmation that you are the account holder if you are unable to message directly from your registered email. Please keep in mind that if you are currently a Premium member and request your account to be deleted, we are unable to process a pro-rated refund for the time left on your subscription and we will be unable to restore your account after deletion is completed.
Once we receive a request to delete your account, we will make sure to acknowledge and complete the request with confirmation within 30 days :)
