Where can I see my membership renewal date?
We have recently improved our member onboarding process. If you haven't logged in recently, you'll be prompted to enter your preferences first. Once this is completed, you'll see the options mentioned below to change your billing details or subscription status :)
If you've paid by entering you card on our website, you can see it at the bottom of the 'Update Billing' tab above. Please keep in mind that if you're not seeing this tab in your profile, it may be you've paid via Paypal or iTunes. These billing details can be accessed on the iTunes or Paypal dashboard under your recurring subscription details. If you're sure you paid via card, please send us an email for us to look into this one more :)
You can change or update your billing and subscription details any time from your Premium Portal after logging into your account here. Clicking on the dropdown selection in the top upper-right hand corner will pull up the ‘Billing info’ option in your profile, like here:
You'll be able to change your subscription length, pause your membership, cancel future billing, and change your billing details, but we can also help if you're not seeing the correct information here.
