Is my payment information safe?

Completely. Here are the 3 ways that each of our payment processors and us keep your payment information safe,

Stripe Payments:

Our website uses a 256-bit encrypted connection and Stripe, one of the most widely used secure payment systems. Our payment processor is trusted by organizations such as Lyft, Shopify, and UNICEF. Our website does not store your payment details and our team only has access to limited information on your profile, making sure your details are entirely protected. Please keep in mind your payment details will be retained for autorenewals within Stripe's secure system, but these details will not be accessible to us or stored on our website. Apple Pay:

We do not have any access at all to your payment information when you upgrade to a Premium membership through Apple Pay. When you pay with a debit or credit card, Apple doesn’t keep transaction information that can be tied back to you. You can read more about Apple Pay and its privacy and security here.


We keep all your information secure. For example, when you use PayPal to send a payment, we don’t receive sensitive financial details like your credit card or bank account number. 

Additionally, when you pay with PayPal on any website, you’re covered by PayPal Purchase Protection. We’ll help you get a full refund if an item doesn’t arrive or the seller doesn’t describe the item accurately.
